General Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for Tree Tops Signature Dining are accepted.
By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your use of some parts or features of the site may be governed by additional Terms and Conditions. Where this is the case, you will be notified accordingly of those additional Terms and Conditions.
Restaurant Booking Terms & Conditions
Every booking is subject to a THB 1,000 deposit per person. Our team will contact you with a payment link, and your booking will only be confirmed after the deposit is received. Please note that the deposit Is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.
Based on the natural settings of the restaurant, please note that requests for specific table locations are subject to availability.
For other bookings, the restaurant cannot guarantee to hold your seats if you are late more than 30 minutes to your booked time.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of THB 1,000 per person is required.
Payment Currency
Only Thai Baht is deemed as the official payment currency.
Relocation
In the rare and unexpected event whereby Tree Tops Signature Dining cannot host you as previously confirmed, we will comply with its standard of obligation by undertaking to relocate guests into an alternative location within Anantara Lawana Koh Samui Resort of equal or better grading at no expense to the guest. Should there not be a location of equal or better grading in the vicinity of the original booking, it may be required to provide guests with a location of a lesser grading. If this is the case, any reduction in costs will be refunded to the guest.
The alternatives offered are at Tree Tops Signature Dining’s discretion. Should the guest wish to choose a location of a standard other than offered under this condition, then the guest will be required to pay any difference.
Disclaimers
As a condition of your use of this website, you warrant to Tree Tops Signature Dining that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions and notices.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, Tree Tops Signature Dining shall not be responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non-performance of obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The products and/or services described in and available through the site may not be available in your country. We make no representation that the services or products offered in the site are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. The site is operated from Thailand and it is governed by the laws of Thailand.
